教育实习是教师职前培养阶段的重要环节,而顶岗支教是师范生教育实习的重要实践模式。美术专业学生的顶岗实习教育是师范生职前教育的重要组成部分,探讨美术师范生在顶岗实习中的角色定位,有助于从角色转换的角度进一步提高美术专业教师教育质量。

Teaching practice is an important part in the stage of pre-service teacher training , and post practical teaching is an important mode of teaching practice internship. Art students＆#39; post practice is an important part of the pre-employment education. This paper dis-cusses the role positioning of art education students during internship, in order to improve the teaching quality of arts professional teachers from the perspective of role transition .
