论英语教育实习生与实习学校指导老师之间的辩证关系 被引量:1

摘要 本文基于前人的研究成果,辩证地分析了英语教育实习生和实习学校指导老师之间的关系。实习生和实习学校指导老师之间存在三种辩证关系:师徒关系、同志关系、朋友关系。它们两两之间又是辩证的关系,师徒关系是基础,同志关系是导向,朋友关系是目标。 This article, based on the predecessors' research achievements, dialectically analyzes the relationship between student teachers and supervising teachers in English education. The dialectal relationships between student teachers and supervising teachers can be ana-lyzed as the following three types:the relationships between masters and apprentices, between cooperating comrades and between friends. There is another dialectal relationship between the three types of relationships:the relationship between masters and apprentices is the foundation, the comrade relation is the guidance and the friend relationship is the target.
