Defect Analysis of Foreign Body Pressed in Hot Strip and Countermeasures

摘要 介绍了梅钢热轧板厂异物压入缺陷的情况。通过对缺陷进行取样分析、工艺通道的排查,分析三种缺陷产生的原因,并针对性的制定了增加导轮装置、清洁生产和卷取前收集器装置的改进等措施,减少了异物压入缺陷发生率和冷轧孔洞发生率,提高了带钢表面质量。 An introduction was made to the defects of foreign body pressed in the hot strip of the hot rolling plant. The causes of three kinds of defects were analyzed through sampling of the defects and check of the processing channel. Some countermeasures were taken such as installing guide wheel device, carrying out cleaner production and improving the collector before coiling to reduce the occurrence of foreign body press-in defect and cold rolled holes and improve the surface quality of the strip.
