对炼铁厂提高硅稳定率生产实践进行了总结。通过加强原料管理,实行炉温趋势化、精细化、标准化操作等措施,铁水硅稳定率大幅提高,基本控制在90%左右,超过目标计划5%左右。
The practice of improving the stability ot slhcon m the iron-maKing plant is summarized. Relying on concerted efforts, the stability of silicon in molten iron is greatly improved by means of strengthening raw material and rue[ management, keeping the temperature trend and implementing refined and standardized operation. Since April 2014, the silicon stability of the iron making plant has been kept at about 90%, which exceeds the company's target by about 5%.
