摘要
研究山东恒邦冶炼股份有限公司铜的湿法冶炼工艺,发现其存在的问题。通过实验研究,对萃取系统进行改造-增加有机相硫酸洗涤段,洗涤硫酸浓度为10 g/L。新工艺降低了电解液中铁和固体悬浮物含量,使铜的生产成本降低28%。
The existing problems were found out by researching on the hydrometallurglcat process for copper of Shandong Humon Smelting Co., Ltd. Through experiments, the extraction system was reformed and supplemented with a procedure of sulfuric acid scrubbing of organic phase, with a sulfate concentration of 10 g/L. The new process reduced the concentration of iron and suspended solids in the electrolyte and reduced the production cost of copper by 28%.
