某低品位微细粒难选铜矿的浮选试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 某复杂低品位微细粒嵌布铜矿石,原矿铜品位0.55%,铜主要呈黄铜矿和铜蓝的形式存在且与其他矿物嵌布关系复杂,单体解离粒度微细。原矿在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量73.43%,采用石灰和亚硫酸钠作抑制剂,YS-1作铜矿物捕收剂,优先浮选铜,尾矿进一步浮选硫,闭路试验获得铜精矿铜品位18.18%,回收率79.89%,硫精矿硫品位43.68%,回收率87.07%。 A low grade finely-disseminated refractory copper ore has a Cu grade of 0.55%,which mainly presents as chalcopyrite and covellite with fine liberation granularity and complex dissemination relationship with other minerals. A close-circuit flotation test of the crude ore is carried out under the condition of grinding fineness of 73.43% -0.074 mm, with lime and sodium sulfite as depressor and YS-1 as collector. Copper is preferentially recovered, with a grade of 18.18% and recovery of 79.89%. Sulfur is then recovered from the tailings, with a grade of 43.68% and recovery of 87.7%.
