纳米抗菌材料在我国木工行业应用的研究进展及展望

Research Progress and Prospect on Application of Nanometer Antibacterial Materials in Domestic Woodworking Industry

概述了纳米抗菌材料在我国木工行业应用的研究进展,指出了在我国木工行业进一步深入进行纳米抗菌材料应用研究的重要性。重点介绍了目前纳米抗菌地板、纳米抗菌家具和纳米抗菌木质复合材料的研究现状;展望了未来纳米抗菌材料在木工行业应用领域研究的发展趋势,认为应在拓宽纳米抗菌材料应用范围、研发适宜木制品使用的专用纳米抗菌剂、抗菌材料制备工艺过程绿色化、相关抗菌机理以及抗菌效果的评价方法等方面进行更深入研究。

The research progress and prospect on application of nanometer antibacterial materials in domestic woodworking industry are summarized and reviewed, and the importance of the application about nanometer antibacte- rial materials in the woodworking industry is pointed out in our country. The research status of nano antibacterial floor, nano antibacterial furniture and nano antibacterial wooden composite materials are mainly introduced. Finally, the development trends and perspective of nanometer antibacterial materials are presented. It is showed that the appli- cation range of nano antibacterial materials should be broadened, and the special nano antibacterial agent for wood products will be developed and studied. Meanwhile, the chemical reaction mechanism between nano antibacterial agent and wood component and the evaluation method for the effect of antibacterial will also be more in-depth study.
