摘要
与单相TiB_2陶瓷相比,TiB_2基复相陶瓷具有更加优良的物理、化学性能,是一种极具应用前景的高温结构陶瓷,在切削刀具、耐磨部件、高温结构件、核反应堆的保护外壳以及电弧反应的阴极材料等方面都具有重要的应用价值,受到国内外研究人员的普遍关注。介绍了近年来各种TiB_2基复相陶瓷的研究进展,重点介绍了TiB_2与TiC、SiC和B4C等几种材料构成的TiB_2基复相陶瓷的研究情况和水平,并对TiB_2基复相陶瓷的制备工艺进行了评述,指出了无压烧结工艺制备TiB_2基复相陶瓷的优势。最后,提出了TiB_2基复相陶瓷在今后研究中亟待解决的几个问题。相信,随着粉体制备技术、复合工艺水平以及烧结技术的不断进步,未来TiB_2基复相陶瓷的应用会越来越广。
TiB2 based ceramic composites have better physical and chemical properties, which can be used as the high temperature structural ceramics, compares to the single phase TiB2 ceramic, it has great values and leads to widespread concern for the researchers in terms of using for cutting tools, wear parts, high temperature structural components, protective materials for nuclear reactors and cathode materials of arc reaction. The advance research of different kinds of TiB2 based ceramic composites had been reported, especially for the level and the development of TiB2 based ceramic composites. Besides, the process of the preparation for the TiB2 based ceramic composites is sta- ted, and the advantages of the pressureless sintered TiB2 based ceramic composites are provided. In the end, the main problems for the further research which may need to be resolved quickly are mentioned. With the development of the powders preparation method, the level of composition and the sintering process, the TiB2 based ceramic composites will be widely used.
