摘要 环氧树脂是一类综合性能优异的热固性高分子基材料,因固化条件与固化工艺的不同,其固化物的性能差异很大。本文以E-44型环氧树脂预聚物为原料,加入4,4'-二氨基二苯砜作为固化剂,2-甲基咪唑为促进剂。通过DSC、FTIR法研究不同固化配方与固化工艺对环氧树脂固化产物固化程度的影响,得到固化程度最高的固化产物,并探索了该树脂的固化机理。 Epoxy resins are a class of thermoset polymer materials with excellent comprehensive performances, of which obviously different performances could be generated under different curing conditions. In this paper, the curing behavior of E-44 bisphenol A epoxy resin was studied using 4,4'-diaminodipbenyl sulfone as curing agent, and 2-methylimidazole as curing accelerator. Besides, the influences of formulations and curing processes on the curing degrees were studied by FTIR and DSC, the curing mechanism was also investigated, and a cured sample with the highest curing degree was obtained.
