电针的不同波形及频率对腰椎间盘突出症的效应

To compare the effect of treating lumber disc protrusion(LDP) with different waveform and frequency of electroacupuncture

目的观察电针的不同波形及频率对腰椎间盘突出症(腰突症)的效果。方法将773例腰突症分为电针4Hz连续波组387例,30Hz连续波组92例,14次/min疏密波组156例,20次/疏密波组43例,14次/min断续波组51例,20次/min断续波组44例。各组患者在统一接受针刺治疗后,再分别按组接受不同波形及频率治疗,治疗效果作统计学处理。结果连续波4Hz组和30Hz组治疗效果明显优于其他组(P<0.01)。结论电针的4Hz连续波可作为临床治疗腰突症的技术参数。

Objective To investigate the result of treating LDP with different waveform and frequency of electroacupuncture.Methods The 773 LDP cases were divided into six groups.All the patients of each group accepted the treatment of acupunctrue,then accepted the treatment of different impulse current waveform and frequency of electroacupuncture.The result of treatment was disposed by statistics.Result The effect of continuous wave 4 Hz and 30 Hz groups was superior than that of other groups(P< 0.01).Conclusion The 4 Hz continuous wave of electroacupuncture is regarded as the technical parameter of clinical treating LDP.
