替吉奥单药治疗高龄食管癌15例疗效分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨替吉奥单药治疗高龄食管癌疗效。方法回顾性分析15例行替吉奥单药化疗的高龄食管癌患者的临床资料。结果完全缓解(CR)0例,部分缓解(PR)9例,稳定(SD)5例,进展(PD)1例,总有效率60.0%(9/15),临床获益率93.3%(14/15);13例(86.7%)患者进食梗阻有不同程度的改善。结论对于无法手术的高龄食管癌患者,可采用单药替吉奥化疗的治疗方法,可缓解食管癌病情并提高生活质量且延长生命。
