摘要
综述了常规电化学方法和扫描微探针技术的测试原理和应用现状,重点探讨了丝束电极在金属不同类型局部腐蚀研究中的应用。丝束电极技术能够获得不同位置点腐蚀电位、电流密度,从而获得界面等电位图和电流分布图等信息。丝束电极技术与常规电化学方法和微区扫描探针技术联合应用,可克服丝束电极技术只能测量宏观尺度电流电位分布不均的缺点,扩展丝束电极技术的研究范围。
The test principle and application status of conventional electrochemical techniques and scanning microprobe techniques were reviewed. The application of wire beam electrode (WBE) which was used in studying different kinds of local corrosions was especially discussed. The pitting corrosion potential and current density in different position can be obtained by WEB technique. Then, the interface isopotential map, current distribution and other information can be obtained. The combined application of wire beam electrode technology, conventional electrochemical methods and micro zone scanning probe technology can overcome the problem of wire beam electrode technique which can only measure the asymmetrical distribution of current and potential in macro-scale, then, the research scope of wire beam electrode technology was expanded
