摘要
疲劳破坏是斗轮堆取料机用斗齿在实际工况下主要的失效形式之一。通过有限元分析软件ANSYS建立斗齿的有限元模型,对其进行静力强度计算,得出斗齿在服役中的应力最大节点和应力集中区域。通过名义应力法并且结合ZGMn 13材料的S-N曲线,利用ANSYS中的Fatigue模块进行斗齿结构的疲劳寿命计算,预测其疲劳寿命,为斗齿的可靠性设计和结构优化提供依据。
The fatigue failure is one of the most important failure mode for bucket tooth. Using finite element analysis software ANSYS, the mode of bucket tooth is established, the static strength calculation was carried out, then, the area of the bucket tooth under the condition of operating where the max stress located in was obtained. By nominal stress method, combining the S-N curve of ZGMn 13 material, and using the fatigue modular which lies in ANSYS, the fatigue life of bucket tooth structure was calculated, then, the fatigue life was predicted, which can provide a reliable basis for the reliability design and structure optimization of bucket tooth.
