摘要
以45钢为基体,以Co45合金粉、微米TiC和微米Y-ZrO_2为熔覆剂,采用激光熔覆技术制备了复合陶瓷涂层。测试和分析了复合陶瓷涂层的硬度、断裂韧性、抗冲击性能以及耐磨损性能。结果表明,当Co45合金粉为90%、微米TiC为5%、微米Y-ZrO_2添加量为5%时,所制备的复合陶瓷涂层性能最佳,其硬度1486 HV1,断裂韧性85.324MPa·m^(1/2),抗冲击次数为52次;在50N摩擦载荷下,其摩擦系数为0.12,磨损率为0.031mm^3/h。
The composite ceramic coating used in 45 steel was fabricated with laser cladding technology by using 45 steel as matrix, Co45 alloy powder, micro Tic and micro Y-ZrO2 as cladding agent. The properties of hardness, fracture toughness, shock resistance and abrasion resistance were tested and analyzed. Results show that when the cladding agent content ofCo45 alloy powder is 90%, micro TiC is 5% and micro Y-ZrO2 is 5%, the prepared composite ceramic coating used in 45 steel can achieve the best properties. The hardness, fracture toughness, shock resistance is 1486 HV1, 85.324 MPa. mta and 52 times respectively. What's more, when the friction load is 50 N, the friction coefficient is 0.12 and the wear rate is0.031 mm3/h.
