摘要 采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)方式,在45钢基体上制备了Ni60和Fe60两种涂层,采用扫描电镜、能谱对涂层进行了分析。结果表明,涂层与基体之间结合紧密,涂层组织较致密。EDS分析结果显示,涂层和基体界面处合金元素没有出现"断代"现象,说明涂层结合良好,但元素分布也没有明显的过渡现象,说明涂层中的元素还未向基体扩散,涂层与基体的结合主要以机械咬合为主。通过摩擦磨损对涂层的磨损机理进行了分析,通过SEM观察发现两种涂层都发生了粘着磨损,对比两种涂层的摩擦因数发现,Ni基涂层的摩擦因数比Fe基涂摩擦因数小,说明Ni基涂层的耐磨性比Fe基涂层好。 Ni-based and Fe-based powders were sprayed onto 45 steel substrates by high velocity oxyfuel fuel (HVOF). The SEM and EDS were used to analyze the coating. The results show that the HVOF coatings combine with the substrate tightly and the laminar particles pile up tightly. The EDS results show that there are no gap between coating and substrate, which means the coating combines with the substrate tightly. However, the alloying elements have not diffused from coating to substrate; the mechanical bond is the main bonding form. The worn surfaces of the coating were evaluated. The results show that adhesive wear occurred in both Ni-based coating and Fe-based coating. The wear resistance of Ni-based coating is better than that of the Fe-based coating according to the friction coefficients.
