Electroless Ni-P Alloy on Nickel Aluminum Bronze and Its Properties

摘要 以船用铜合金镍铝青铜为基体,采用酸性化学镀溶液体系制备镍磷合金镀层,对该镍磷镀层的界面结合情况及其强度、表面形貌、化学成分组成、硬度、耐海水腐蚀性能等进行了研究。结果显示,镀层为高磷非晶镀层,组织均匀致密,无孔隙等明显缺陷,界面结合强度高,同时硬度较高(646 HV),耐海水腐蚀性能明显优化。可见采用化学镀镍磷合金对镍铝青铜进行表面改性处理,可有效提高其综合性能,保护基体材料,延长其在海水中的服役寿命。 The electroless Ni-P alloy coating on shipbuilding nickel aluminum bronze was obtained in the method of acid chemical Ni-P plating solution. The interface bonding and its strength, microstructure, chemical composition, hardness and uniform corrosion properties of Ni-P alloy coating were investigated. The results show that the high-phosphorus coating is amorphous, uniform and compact, and no obvious defects such as pores. Interface bonding strength and hardness are high (646 HV) and improved seawater corrosion resistance are obtained. The surface modification method of electroless plating on nickel aluminum bronze can effectively improve the comprehensive performance, protect the substrate, and extend the service life of copper alloys applied to shipbuilding.
