摘要
对试验钢正火之后的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明:试验钢正火后,其拉伸强度高于280 MPa。正火后的微观组织结构中主要以铁素体、珠光体和颗粒状的碳化物为主;同时各个样品中存在数量不同的析出相,这些析出相主要为碳化物。
Microstructure and properties of samples after normalizing heat treatment were studied. Results show that the tensile strength of sample after normalizing heat treatment is higher than 280 MPa. The microstructures of sample after normalizing heat treatment are mainly ferrite, pedite and carbides. And there are different precipitated phases in the samples, which are main carbides.
