深冷处理对38CrMoAlA尺寸稳定性及硬度的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了不同处理工艺对38CrMoAlA尺寸稳定性及硬度的影响,同时对微观组织的变化进行了分析。结果表明,淬火并回火后和氮化后分别增加深冷处理能够显著提高38CrMoAlA的尺寸稳定性,而在淬火后回火前和氮化后分别增加深冷处理对硬度的改善较为明显。氮化处理后再次进行深冷处理均能进一步提高尺寸稳定性和硬度。深冷处理能够使得马氏体基体上析出大量弥散分布的碳化物颗粒。 The effects of cryogenic treatment on dimensional stability and hardness of 38CrMoAIA steel were investigated. And the changes of the microstructure were analyzed. The results show that cryogenic treatment after tempering and nitriding improves the dimensional stability of 38CrMoAIA steel obviously. However, the improvement in hardness can be obtained by cryogenic treating prior to tempering and after nitriding. The cryogenic treatment after nitriding can improve the dimensional stability and hardness further. Furthermore, cryogenic treatment can promote the precipitation of ultra-fine carbides in the martensite matrix.
