红光、红外线协同辐射对荷瘤机体免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨单纯红外线辐射与红外线、红光协同辐射对荷瘤机体免疫功能的影响。方法以单纯红外线辐射及红外线、红光协同辐射荷瘤小鼠,观察其脾指数、淋巴细胞转化率及生存时间的变化。结果单纯红外线辐射和红外线、红光协同辐射都能显著提高荷瘤小鼠的脾指数、淋巴细胞转化率并能延长其生存时间,但红外线、红光协同辐射与单纯红外线辐射比有显著差异。结论红外线、红光协同辐射比单纯红外线辐射能更有效地恢复和提高荷瘤机体的免疫功能。 Objective To explore the effects of infrared ray and infrared ray with red light on immune function of tumor bearing mice.Method Tumor bearing mice were separately treated by infrared ray and infrared ray with red light.Then the lymphocyte transfermation rate and the survival in time.Results Compared with the control,lymphocyte transfermation rate were measured and the survival time were significantly increased both mice treated by infrared ray and infrared ray with red light.But the later was significantly higer than the former(P< 0.05).Conclusion The infrared ray combind with red light cound more effectively develop immune function of tumor bearing mice.
