摘要
某石化公司加氢反应器进料泵运行3年后主轴突然发生断裂。为了弄清该轴断裂失效的原因,采用直读光谱、冲击试验、金相观察、SEM等方法对失效泵轴材料的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织等进行检验分析。结果表明,泵轴的疲劳断裂是由于热处理不当引起的材料力学性能下降及局部区域的应力集中造成的。
A petrochemical company's feed pump axle of a hydrogenation reactor fractured suddenly after 3 years' running. In order to ascertain the reasons for the fracture, direct reading spectrometer, impact testing, metallographic observation, SEM methods were used to investigate the axle's chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallographic microstructure and so on. The results show that the fatigue fracture of the axle is due to mechanics properties degradation caused by improper heat treatment and stress concentration at local area.
