摘要 为解决目前甘蔗中耕施肥培土机易出现动力输出轴角度难控制、传动轴易断裂等问题,创新设计了其传动裟置中变速箱、传动轴等关键部件,并运用Solid Works软件仿真及ANSYS软件对传动轴进行受力变形分析,验证了设计的可靠性及可行性。样机经检测表明:动力主轴与万向节角度可控制在-10°~10°,施肥均匀度达90.1%,开沟深度稳定性达92.9%。该传动装置拆装及维护方便、动力输出稳定、工作可靠且满足开沟、施肥、培土等农艺要求。 To solve the problems of difficult control of PTO shaft and easy broken of the drive shaft of multi- functional sugarcane cuhivator-cum-fertilizer-applicator, the key components of machine including gear box and drive shaft of transmission system were innovatively designed. The reliability and feasibility of the designs were verified through simulation with SolidWorks and analysis on deformation under force of drive shaft with ANSYS. The results of testing on the prototype showed that the angle between the main power shaft and the universal joint could be controlled at -10° ≤ a ≤ 10° , fertilizing evenness could reach 90.1%, and stability of trench depth could reach 92.9%. The transmission system was easy to disassemble and maintain, stable in power take off, and met the farming requirements of furrow opening, fertilizing, and hilling.
