健康素养对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

Effect of health literacy for the control of blood glucose in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

目的调查老年2型糖尿病患者健康素养水平,探讨健康素养对其血糖控制的影响。方法采用便利抽样方法,选取天津职业病防治院157例老年2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)指标测定。结果老年2型糖尿病患者的健康素养平均分为(54.87±19.38)分,女性、文化程度较低、无配偶、独居、自费、经济收入低的患者健康素养水平较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。健康素养分数较高患者的HbA1c控制水平明显优于健康素养分数较低者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者中健康素养普遍较低,医务工作者应予以关注,加强健康教育,提高健康素养水平。

Objective To investigate the level of health literacy in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, and to explore the health literacy＇s impact on their blood glucose control. Method Using convenient sampling method, 157 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes was selected from Tianjin occupational disease prevention and control hospital were investigated with the questionnaire and glycated hemoglobin （HbAlc） index. Result The mean score of health literacy is （54.87±19.38）, the lower level of health literacy is included these, such as female, low education level, no spouses, solitary, at his own expense and low economic income. There was statistical significant difference （P〈0. 01）. The control level of HbAlc with higher scores in health literacy is obviously better than the lower scores in health literacy. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The level of health liter- acy is generally low in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, medical workers should pay attention to this phenome- non and strengthen health education for them in order to improve the level of health literacy.
