慢性压迫损伤对大鼠脊髓神经营养因子及其受体表达的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察脊髓慢性受压后神经营养因子及其受体的变化情况。方法采用大鼠后路渐进性脊髓压迫动物模型,用免疫组化的方法观察脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及其受体TrkB表达的变化。结果正常大鼠脊髓组织中,BDNF和TrkB反应物质几乎存在于所有的脊髓神经元,灰白质中胶质细胞染色明显;脊髓受到压迫后,压迫节段脊髓组织的神经元和胶质细胞表达BDNF和TrkB增强。结论在慢性压迫性脊髓损伤的过程中,脑源性神经营养因子及其受体表达增多,这可能对损伤脊髓神经元的存活和保留具有重要作用。 Objective To study the change of an expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor BDNF and the receptor TrkB in chronic spinal cord injury of rats.Methods A model of chronic spinal cord injury was made.The expressions of BDNF and TrkB were observed through immunohistochemistry method.Results An positive expression of BDNF and TrkB were almost observed in all neurons and the astrocyte like cells in normal spinal cord of rats.After spinal cord injury,enhanced BDNF and TrkB immunoreactivities were evident in the anterior and the astrocyte like cells.Conclusions In the progress of chronic spinal cord injury,expression of BDNF and TrkB increased,it may be benefit to the reservarion and regenerations of the injured spinal cord neurons.
