摘要
目的探讨小儿神经源性排便失禁的治疗方法及康复训练方法。方法176例全部采用双侧髂腰肌加强盆底肌直肠悬吊术治疗。36例术后3周开始进行长期康复功能训练。结果术后随访6个月～7年,排便控制术后明显改善140例,临床评分5～6分。36例坚持康复训练者中,24例半年内达到可接受的排便控制,12例于1年后达到排便控制。临床评分4～5分。结论双侧髂腰肌加强盆底肌直肠悬吊术是治疗小儿神经源性排便失禁的较好方法,康复协调训练也是治疗的重要措施。
Objective To study the methods of treat and recovery train of neurogenic fecas incontinence in children.Methods 176 children underwent bilateral iliopsoas to strengthen the muscles of pelvic floor and rectal suspension.Training of recovery sphincter started 3 weeks postoperatively and longterm for 136 children.Result The follow up period was 6 months to 7 years.In this group of 176.140 cases of fecal control were improved obviously after operation.The clinical continence scores were 5～6.136 cases insisted training in defecation function.124 cases of fecal control were improved in 6 months,12 cases of fecal control were improved after 1 years.Conclusion Iliopsoas to strengthen the muscles of pelic floor and rectal suspension is a good method for treatment of neurogenic fecal incontinence in children.Training of defection function is important to the petient.
