Public Library Service Ability Evaluation Index System Construction and Empirical Research

文章从图书馆服务能力概念界定出发,在系统梳理国内外公共图书馆服务能力评价现状基础上,构建出我国公共图书馆服务能力评价指标体系,并利用专家调查法对指标体系进行了优化。最后利用该评价指标体系对省级图书馆服务能力进行实证评价研究。

The paper defines the concept of library service capabilities,builds a service evaluation index system of public libraries based on the status about the ability evaluate of public library services system home and abroad, and optimizes the index system by the use of expert investigation, finally, the authors utilizes the index system to stud- ies the service capability of provincial libraries.
