枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合5-氨基水杨酸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Bacillus Subtilis Duplex Living Bacterium Capsules Combined 5- amino Salicylic Acid Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的 探讨枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合5-氨基水杨酸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2010年1月~2014年12月诊治的轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎患者110例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组患者给予5-氨基水杨酸治疗,观察组患者给予枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合5-氨基水杨酸治疗,疗程4个月。观察并记录两组患者在相应方法干预后的治疗效果（显著有效、有效、无效）,不良反应（头晕、恶心、腹胀、肝肾功能异常）发生率,临床缓解时间以及复发率。结果 在相关治疗方法干预后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率是96.4%,对照组患者是78.2%,两者相比差异有统计学意义。结论 对溃疡性结肠炎患者给予枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合5-氨基水杨酸治疗,可以显著的提高患者的治疗效果、降低不良反应发生率、缩短临床缓解时间、降低复发率,安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of bacillus subtilis duplex living bacterium capsules combined 5 - amino salicylic acid treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 110 cases of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group（55 cases in each group）, and the control group was given 5 -amino salicylic acid treatment, while the observation group was given bacillus subtilis duplex living bacterium capsules combined 5 - amino salicylic acid treatment, and the treatment time was four months. Therapeutic effect （ remarkably effective, effective and invalid ）, incidence of adverse reactions （dizziness, nausea, abdominal distension, liver and kidney dysfunction）, clinical remission time and recurrence rate of the two groups after intervention were observed. Results After the relevant treatment intervention, total effective rate of the observation group was 96.4 %, and the control group was 78. 2 %, the differences were statistically signifi- cant. Conclusions Bacillus subtilis duplex living bacterium capsules combined 5 - amino salicylic acid treatment of ul- cerative colitis can significantly improve treatment effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, shorten remission time, reduce the recurrence rate, as is safe , effective and worthy of popularization.
