阿普唑仑及氟西汀联合治疗原发性失眠的疗效观察

目的观察阿普唑仑和氟西汀联合应用治疗原发性失眠的疗效。方法采用随机、单盲、安慰剂及对照方法。将80例原发性失眠患者随机分为三组,第一组:氟西汀(百忧解)20 mg qd+阿普唑仑0.4 mg qn,第二组:阿普唑仑0.8 mg qn,第三组:阿普唑仑0.4 mg qn。结果第一组显效率84.4%,第二组显效率62.5%,第三组显效50%。经х2检验表明第一组与第二、三组比较P<0.05,说明疗效有显著差异。氟西汀组常见副作用有口干、便秘、恶心等,不影响治疗。结论阿普唑仑和氟西汀联合应用治疗原发性失眠的疗效较单用阿普唑仑好。
