冷超声乳化摘除术治疗硬核白内障的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨常规白内障乳化术与冷超声乳化术在治疗硬核白内障方面的临床效果。方法 选取眼科2013年6月~2014年6月收治的白内障患者84例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组行常规连续模式下白内障乳化并进行折叠式人工晶状体植入术进行治疗,观察组行冷超声爆破模式下的白内障乳化并进行折叠式人工晶状体植入术进行治疗。对比两组患者术中有效超声时间、超声能量及累计复合超声能量参数,记录患者术后不同时间矫正视力及角膜水肿情况。结果 观察组术中超声能量、超声时间、累积复合能量参数及术后1天及术后3天的0级和1级水肿人数比例较对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 冷超声乳化摘除Ⅲ级以上硬核白内障并进行折叠式人工晶状体植入术,术后视力明显提升,角膜水肿程度较轻,更具安全性和有效性。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of conventional cataract phaco versus cold phacoemulsification surgery for the treatment of hard nuclear cataract. Methods A total of 84 cases of cararact patients who treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected, and randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional continuous cataract emulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation, and the patients in the observation group received cold blast pattern phacoemulsifi- cation and foldable intraocular lens implantation. The effective ultrasonic time, ultrasonic energy and cumulative compos- ite ultrasonic energy parameters were compared, and the corrected vision and corneal edema of patients at different time ponits after surgery were recorded. Results There were significant differences in ultrasonic energy, ultrasonic time, cu- mulative composite ultrasonic energy parameters and the number of patients with grade 0 and grade 1 corneal edema at 1 and 3 days after surgery between two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Cold phacoemulsifieation surgery combined with foldable intraoeular lens implantation for the treatment of III level or higher hard nuclear cataract can significantly increase the eyesight with low level corneal edema, and it is more safe and effect.
