观察左卡尼汀与促红细胞生成素联用对慢性肾衰竭尿毒症期肾性贫血的疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of L- carnitine Combined with Erythropoietin for the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure Uremia Renal Anemia

目的 观察左卡尼汀与促红细胞生成素联合运用在治疗慢性肾衰竭尿毒症其肾性贫血的疗效。方法选择2012年11月~2014年11月收治的接受慢性肾衰竭尿毒症期肾性贫血治疗的患者92例为研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组（n=46）和对照组（n=46）,观察组患者给予左卡尼汀与促红细胞生成素联合治疗,对照组患者给予单纯促红细胞生成素治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组患者红细胞含量（Hb）、血红细胞计数（RBC）、血细胞比容水平（Hct）、C-反应蛋白水平（CPR）以及心脑血管反应、肝功能异常、血液系统反应、胃肠道反应和口干等不良反应的发生率均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在对慢性肾衰竭尿毒症期肾性贫血患者实施治疗的过程中,左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素的运用可以提高临床治疗的有效率,改善患者红细胞含量、血红细胞计数、血细胞比容水平、C-反应蛋白水平,降低心脑血管反应、肝功能异常、血液系统反应、胃肠道反应和口干等不良反应的发生率,是一种效果理想的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the effect of L - carnitine combined with erythropoietin for the treatment of chronic renal failure uremia renal anemia. Methods A total of 92 cases of patients with chronic renal failure uremia renal anemi- a who treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014 were selected as subjects, and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group （n = 46） and control group （n = 46）. The patients in the observation group were treated with L- carnitine combined with erythropoietin, and the patients in the control group were treated with erythropoietin only. The clinical effect was compared. Results The Haemoglobin B （Hb） content, red blood ceil （RBC） count, hematocrit （Hct） levels, and C- reactive protein （CPR） levels, as well as the incidences of the ad- verse reactions, such as cardiovascular reactions, abnormal liver function, blood system reactions, gastrointestinal reactions, and dry mouth, in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The application of L - carnitine combined with erythropoietin for the treatment of chronic renal failure uremia renal anemia can increase the effective rate of clinical treatment, improve the Hb content, RBC countm Hct levels and CPR levels, and can decrease the incidences of adverse reactions, such as cardiovascular reactions, abnormal liver function, blood system reactions, gastrointestinal reactions, and dry mouth, it is an ideal treatment method.
