摘要
目的探讨两种不同的静脉滴注氯化钾方法对患者疼痛及依从性的影响。方法对照组10%葡萄糖500 m L+50%葡萄糖60 m L+10%氯化钾15 m L+胰岛素10 U经静脉留置针以25 d/min的滴速输入,翻转针头固定、抬高输液肢体;观察A组在对照组输注氯化钾溶液的基础上,再经该留置针以35 d/min的滴速同步输入另外一组液体;观察B组将10%氯化钾加入钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液采用与对照组相同的方法以50 d/min的滴速进行静脉滴注,采用自体前后对比,观察三组患者的疼痛和依从性。结果观察A组和观察B组患者中度及重度疼痛率(分别为3.78%和7.95%)明显低于对照组(26.36%)(均P<0.01);观察A组依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),而观察B组与对照组依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论观察A组和观察B组方法均可减轻患者疼痛;观察A组依从性高于对照组,观察B组依从与对照组无明显差异。
Objective To explore the effect of two different kinds of intravenous infusion of potassium chloride methods for patients' pain and compliance. Methods The control group input 10% GS 500 mL + 50% GS 60 mL + 10% KCL 15 mL + insulin 10 U by intravenous indwelling needle in a 25 d/min drop speed, at the same time, To reverse the needle handle and fixed,Raise the transfusion limb; The observation group A is based on the control group Infusion of potassium chloride solution,input another group of liquid in a 35d/min drop speed in sync; The observation group B put 10% potassium chloride into sodium potassium magnesium calcium Glucose. Injection , and then use the same method as the control group intravenous drip in a 50 d/min drop speed. Then, observe patients' pain and compliance in the three groups. Results The observation group A and observation group B patients' moderate and severe pain rate (3.78% and 7.95% ) was significantly lower than the control group (26. 36% ) (P 〈0. 01 ) ; the observation group A patients' compliance was higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), while compared the observation group compliance with the control group B compliance, the difference was notstatistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions The observa - tion group A and group B both can reduce the pain of patients ; the observation group A compliance was higher than the control group, the observation group B compliance and the control group compliance had no significant difference.
