NaCl胁迫对文冠果幼苗生长和生理生化特征的影响 被引量:17

摘要 为了评价文冠果植株耐盐性,以文冠果1年生盆栽苗为材料测定了NaCl胁迫对文冠果植株幼苗生长和生理生化特征的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl胁迫的加剧,文冠果幼苗单株鲜重和株高逐渐降低,主根长度逐渐增加,叶面积和叶片数逐渐减少,并在0.7%和1.0%NaCl胁迫下明显少于对照组;随着胁迫时间的延长,文冠果幼苗叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性在对照组和0.1%NaCl胁迫条件下保持相对稳定,在0.4%、0.7%和1.0%NaCl胁迫下SOD、POD逐渐升高,CAT活性则表现为逐渐下降趋势;在整个NaCl胁迫过程中,叶片丙二醛含量在对照组和0.1%NaCl胁迫条件下保持相对稳定,0.4%、0.7%和1.0%NaCl处理的MDA含量在整个盐胁迫过程中表现为逐渐升高的趋势,但是在胁迫14d后升高不明显;随着NaCl胁迫加剧,各处理叶片可溶性蛋白含量先降低后升高,说明文冠果幼苗能通过调整自身生长、保护酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量等提高抗盐性,从而表现出较强的耐盐特性。 Using one-year-old seedlings of Xanthoceras sorbifolia as materials,the growth and physiological characteristics of X.sorbifolia seedlings under NaCl stress were studied.The results showed that,with increase of NaCl stress,the individual fresh weight and plant height decreased significantly,also,leaf area and leaf number reduced gradually,whereas the length of main roots increased gradually.And,all the differences were obvious under the stress with 0.7%~1.0% NaCl.With the prolongation of NaCl stress,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT remained stable under 0.1% NaCl stress,but SOD and POD activities under 0.4%、0.7% and 1.0% NaCl stresses increased gradually while the CAT activity decreased gradually.Throuthout the salt stress,the MDA contents in CK and the group under 0.1% NaCl stress remained stable.Comparatively,the MDA content in the groups with 0.4%、0.7% and 1.0% NaCl stresses increased gradually,but not obviously after 14 dof stress.In addition,with increase of salt stress,thecontent of soluble proteins decreased firstly and then increased,indicating that NaCl stress prompts X.sorbifolia seedlings to regulate inner physiological and biochemical activities including protective enzymes and soluble proteins to express the characteristics of salt resistance.
