黄曲霉毒素B1中毒小鼠动物模型的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解黄曲霉毒素B1的致病机制,本研究通过黄曲霉毒素B1检测试剂条检测为阳性的饲料及黄曲霉毒素B1标准品污染的饲料饲喂5组小鼠,进行了50d试验,对不同试验组小鼠进行临床、病理学分析以及受损肝脏及胃肠内容物中黄曲霉毒素B1的检测,结果表明:本试验初步建立了黄曲霉毒素B1中毒小鼠模型。本研究成果对黄曲霉毒素统一诊断标准的建立具有重要意义,对黄曲霉毒素的致病机制和临床药物的筛选等均有重要的参考价值。 In order to understand the pathogenic mechanism of aflatoxin B1,the mice were divided into 5groups and fed testing positive feed by aflatoxin B1 detection reagent and contaminated feed by aflatoxin B1,proceeded 50 days test.Clinic and pathology in mice were analyzed,aflatoxin B1 in livers and gastrointestine was detected.The result showed that aflatoxin B1 poisoning mouse model was established.The research is of great significance for the establishment of the unified diagnosed criteria of aflatoxin,and provides important reference value for the pathogenic mechanism of aflatoxin and clinical drug screening.
