介绍磨浆机磨片的工况及失效形式,综述磨片材料的种类与制造技术。磨片材料有金属材料和非金属材料,主要介绍金属磨片材料。磨片使用的金属材料有耐磨铸铁、高铬合金白口铸铁和不锈钢材料等。其中常用的磨片材料是高铬合金白口铸铁和不锈钢材料。国外大都采用中、高碳的不锈钢材质磨片,虽然材料及加工制造费用较高,但其综合性价比高,因此发展较快。国内中、高碳的不锈钢材质磨片相对较少,应积极借鉴国外技术,大力发展中、高碳不锈钢磨片。通过合理的选择磨片材料及其制造技术可以有效的提高磨片的使用寿命。
