超声波分散对芳纶1313纸匀度与性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用超声波分散技术对芳纶1313短切纤维和沉析纤维进行处理,可提高其在去离子水中的分散和原纤化,阻止它们再次团聚。实验结果表明:采用超声波分散技术使芳纶1313短切纤维以单根纤维的形式分散在去离子水中;沉析纤维的分散效果不明显,但是原纤化程度有所提高;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、2D实验室匀度测试系统、击穿电压测试仪及电子万能测试仪对纸样的击穿电压点、匀度、电气绝缘性能及机械强度进行分析可知,经过热压后的芳纶1313短切纤维没有被熔融,且沉析纤维基本上将单根短纤包裹着;短切纤维的分散性越好,纸张的匀度越好,击穿电压及抗张强度有明显的提高。进一步地研究了芳纶纸的外观和机械强度与老化时间之间的关系。 This paper deals with the application of ultrasonic technology to pretreatment Poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide) (PMIA) staples in order to improving dispersal staples, and increasing their fibrillation, and preventing them flocculation again. Our experimental results showed that PMIA staples are good dispersion in deionized water. PMIA fibrids dispersion was not prominent, but their fibrillation was increased. Breakdown point, formation, insulation properties and mechanical strength of PMIA papers were testing using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), 2D laboratory formation instrument, dielectric voltage testing apparatus and electromechanical universal testing machine. All of results showed that PMIA staples are not melted together by hot-pressing process, and PMIA fibrids wrapped with single staple, better staples dispersion, better formation paper, and can significantly enhance breakdown voltage, formation and tensile strength by ultrasonic dispersion technology. Further, we evaluated a relationship between PMIA paper appearance, mechanical strength and thermally aged properties.
