生物促生剂处理造纸废水的最佳工艺条件 被引量:4

Optimum the Conditions of Papermaking Wastewater Treatment by Biological Preparation

摘要 通过正交实验确定影响生物促生剂处理造纸废水效果的因素,结果表明:处理时间>反应温度>生物促进剂(BE)添加量>pH,通过单因素实验确定了最佳工艺条件,即反应体系pH 7.2、反应时间22 h、生物促生剂添加量500μL·L^(-1)、温度25℃,CODCr去除率较空白组可提高7.5%,TOC去除率提高14.2%,浊度变化相差较小,色度均略有升高。结合GC-MS检测分析得出,生化处理对醇类、脂类、酰胺类、有机酸类、苯及其衍生物的去除效果较好,难降解成分为烷烃及少量脂类。 By orthogonal experiment to determine the factors that effected the processing in papermaking wastewater treatment by adding biological preparation, the results showed that Rtime〉Rreaction temperature^RBE added amount〉RpH. By single factor in determining the optimum conditions, the reaction system pH was 7.2, reaction time was 22 hrs, adding biological preparation amount was 500 pL'L 1 and temperature was 25℃. In this case, CODer removal rate can be increased by 7.5% and for TOC was 14.2% compared to the blank group. But the turbidity changes litter and chroma increased a little. Combined with GC-MS concluded that the removal effect in biochemical treatment was good in degradating alcohols, esters, amides, organic acid, benzene and its derivatives and was poor in degradating alkane and lipid.
