摘要
雾霾已成为影响旅游业发展的旅游危机事件,以网络舆情为依据,透视雾霾问题对旅游者偏好的影响路径,发现旅游活动群体对雾霾问题的敏感性越来越强,以旅游逃离雾霾的观念快速传播,媒体宣传导向、旅行社与OTA的产品引导迅速改变着旅游者偏好,国内旅游流和入境旅游流的流向均出现了分化。另外,由于雾霾的多发地和多发季节与旅游流存在着时空上的错位,也在某种程度上削弱了其对我国旅游业的影响。
Haze has become the crisis events in the development of tourist industry. On the basis of network public opinion, this paper studies the impact of haze on the path of tourist preference, finds that the tourist group become more and more sensitive to the problem of haze, the concept of travel to escape the haze is spreading rapidly, the guide of media and the products of travel agency and OTA have rapidly changed the tourist preference, the flow of domestic tourism and the flow of inbound tourism appeared the differentiation. In addition, due to the multiple occurance of the haze in many place and many seasons in China, there is a time and place dislocation with tourist flow, which reduces the influence on the tourist industry to some extent.
