摘要
21世纪以来,随着我国城市免费景区数量的不断增加以及管理水平的提高,免费景区已成为现代旅游业发展中的一项重要旅游形态。由于免费景区可以优化城市资源配置,带动城市经济发展,提升城市形象,优化城市环境,提升居民幸福指数,所以越来越多的城市把免费景区作为提升其旅游竞争力的重要突破口,但免费景区在此方面的作用并没有完全得到发挥。对此,城市可以从提升旅游竞争力角度对免费景区提出科学有效的开放管理策略,把控景区承载量,塑造品牌形象,带动旅游产业的发展,实现城市旅游的可持续发展。
With the increasing number of free scenic area and the improvement of management since the 21^st century, free scenic area has become an important part of tourism. In order to improve the competitive power of tourism, now many cities are developing free scenic area, however, the free scenic area does not play a full role to improve the competitive power of urban tourism. The cities should bring scientific and effective management approa- ches from the view of improving competitive power of urban tourism to direct free scenic area' s development.
