河南省现代农业实现程度分析

Analysis of the Degree of Realization of the Modern Agriculture in Henan Province

针对河南省现代农业实现程度的问题,采用现代农业的多指标综合指数,利用专家评价方法和层次分析方法,又结合河南省实际情况,又设置了一套比较科学公平的综合评价指标体系。依照该评价体系全面分析河南省现代农业整体发展水平,研究结果认为河南省现代农业由初步实现向基本实现迈进,同时与全国的现代农业发展程度比较,河南省整体发展水平较低,在农产品加工率、科技投入等方面偏低。对此应加大政府的政策支持力度、加快土地改革、提高技术创新能力等以提高现代农业的实现程度。

This paper, in view of the issues of modern agriculture in Henan Province, with the comprehensive muhi index of modern agricuhure and the expert evaluation and AHP methods, combining with the actual situation of Henan Province, establishes a set of scientific and fair evaluation index system. According to this index system, a comprehensive analysis of the overall development of modern agriculture in Henan Province has been made, it is believed that the overall level of development of modern agriculture in Henan Province is just in the first step of basic realization, and compared with the development of the whole country, the level of development in Henan Province is lower in agricultural product processing, scientific and technological input, etc.. This paper puts forward suggestions on increasing the government＇ s policy support, accelerating the reform of land and improving the technology innovation.
