摘要
目的观察美托洛尔治疗老年室上性心律失常的临床疗效。方法选取2011年11月—2015年3月海南医学院附属医院收治的老年室上性心律失常患者142例。根据不同治疗方法分为胺碘酮组(n=61)、维拉帕米组(n=33)和美托洛尔组(n=48)。比较3组患者总体疗效及室上性心动过速、心房颤动、心房扑动疗效。结果 3组患者总体疗效及室上性心动过速、心房颤动、心房扑动疗效比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔治疗老年室上性心律失常的疗效与传统的维拉帕米和胺碘酮相比较疗效无差别。
Objective To explore clinical effect of metoprolol on elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmias.Methods A total of 142 elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmias were selected in the Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from November 2011 to March 2015,and they were divided into A group（ treated with amiodarone, n = 61）, B group（ treated with verapamil,n = 33） and C group（ treated with metoprolol, n = 48） according to treatment methods. The overall effect, the supraventricular tachycardia effect, the atrial fibrillation effect and the atrial flutter effect were compared among the three groups. Results No statistically significant differences of the overall effect,the supraventricular tachycardia effect,the atrial fibrillation effect or the atrial flutter effect was found among the three groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion There is no differences of clinical effect between metoprolol and traditional verapamil,amiodarone on elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmias.
