摘要
通过正交试验,研究了微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏(MAHD)提取猫爪草挥发油工艺,测定了其抗氧化活性。结果表明:MAHD提取猫爪草挥发油的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶8、微波功率600 W、提取时间60 min、Na Cl浓度4.0%,挥发油平均得率为0.94%,猫爪草挥发油具有一定的抗氧化作用。
Volatile oil from Radix Ranunculi Ternati was extracted by microwave-assisted hydro-distillation(MAHD) with orthogonal test and its antioxidant activity was determinated.The results showed that the optimum technology was as follows: solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 8,microwave power of 600 W,extracting time of60 min and amount of NaCl of 4.0%,and the average yield of the volatile oil was 0.94%.The antioxidant capacity of volatile oil from Radix Ranunculi Ternati was slight.
