磁絮凝法预处理红薯淀粉废水的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过磁絮凝室内小试,研究了红薯淀粉废水在不同pH、投加量、投加顺序、搅拌速率以及沉降时间条件下的处理效果。实验数据结果表明:在pH为10时,搅拌时依次向500 mL废水中加入磁粉、PAC、PAM,磁粉投加量为30 mg,1%PAC投加量为3 mL,0.1%PAM投加量为2 mL,搅拌速率控制在100-150 r/min,絮凝沉淀时间为60min,原水SS、TP和TN的去除率分别为95.32%、93.81%和38.13%。因此,利用磁粉与PAC、PAM协同处理红薯淀粉废水能够大大减轻后续深度处理负荷,但TN出水仍不能达到五类水处理标准,需要进行深度处理。 The technology of Magnetic Flocculation was used to pretreat the Sweet Potato Starch Wastewater,that the testing factors included the influence of pH,the optimum dosage of flocculants and Magnetic powder,the dosing sequence,the mixing rate and the settling time.The results revealed that95.32% of suspended solids reduction,93.81% of phosphorus removal and 38.13% of nitrogen removal can achieved on the condiction that the pH10,the optimum dosage of PAC 3 mL,PAM 2 mL,Magnetic powder 30 mg,the mixing rate 100-150 r/min and the settling time 60 min.The subsequent deep processing load can be greatly reduced through the coordination of magnetic powder with PAC and PAM.However,the effluent water quality still can not meet the water quality standards V and the deep processing is needed.
