从史诗叙事的角度来看,美国当代作家E.B.怀特在散文《鹅》中塑造了一位英雄暮年的鹅父亲形象,它的生活变迁堪比一部跌宕起伏的家族史诗,而"我"时时插入的"上帝之手"让它的"鹅生"更加曲折和丰富多彩。这只鹅是一个和人类一样有七情六欲的生命,唤起了作者同命相怜的戚戚之感和读者对人生的思考。
From the point of epic narrative,the essay " Geese" by E.B.White,a modern American writer,creates the image of a father goose in its later life.Its story sounds like a heroic epic while my interruption,as God's hand,makes its life more complicated and colorful.The goose,a creature as sentimental as human being,arouses the writer's sympathy of one's own experience and readers' reflection on life.
