摘要
通过网络调查问卷的形式对安徽省在职人员进行发放问卷,获取在职人员接受高等教育年限、收入情况、工作年限、所属行业以及父母收入、父母接受教育程度和父母所处职位级别等信息。在家庭背景因素下,运用明瑟模型对高等教育人员的教育收益率进行估算,研究结果表明:家庭背景因素中父母收入,父母接受教育程度和父母所处职业地位均对子女高等教育收益率产生显著影响。父母收入水平越高,接受文化程度越高,职业地位越高则高等教育收益率越高。通过实证分析解释了不同家庭背景对子女接受的高等教育机会不同以及高等教育为什么没有充分起到社会平衡器的作用,并对这一现象提出合理建议,促使我国高等教育能够往平等、公正的方向发展。
Through the questionnaire on the Internet,questionnaires were sent to Anhui province to collect the questionnaires and obtain the information such as years of higher education,income,working years,industry,income of parents,level of parental education and parents' position. Under the background of family background,the educational yield of higher education personnel was estimated by using the Mingse model. The results show that:among the family background factors,the income of parents,the degree of parental education and the occupational status of their parents both have a significant impact on the rate of return to their children's higher education. The higher parents' income level,the higher the education level,the higher the vocational status,the higher the return rate of higher education. Empirical analysis explains the different family backgrounds for children receiving different opportunities for higher education and why higher education did not fully play the role of social balancer. It will put forward reasonable suggestions to this phenomenon and urge our higher education to develop towards equality and fairness.
