“老漂族”形成的结构性矛盾与应对路径

Study on the Structural Contradictions and Coping Approaches of the Formation of "Migrant Grandparents"

分析指出"老"与"漂"是"老漂族"群体的两个典型特征,"老漂族"的产生存在更深层次的根源,并同时包含几对结构性矛盾,即"天伦之乐"与"苦中作乐"的矛盾、"隔代照料"与"社会关照"的矛盾以及"传统路径"与"现代趋同"的矛盾。需整合个体、家庭、社区、政府等多种力量,从微观到宏观多方寻求应对路径。

" Aging" and " Drifting " were analyzed as two typical features of " Migrant Grandparents" whose formation has been deeply rooted in social aspects. Several structural contradictions have been formed,the contradiction between " happiness of family reunion" and " pleasures amidst the suffering",the contradiction between " transparenting foster care" and " social care",the contradiction between " traditional approaches" and " modern convergence". Integrated with individual,family,community,government and other elements,multiple coping approaches will be realized at both macroscopic and microscopic levels.
