摘要
现代企业治理理论的重要发展,就是重视人力资本的产权激励机制,这对于人力资本密集型的大学组织而言,同样具有重要的借鉴意义。高校人力资本的产权化,是对传统"股东至上"观念的变革,更是高等教育中教授治校思想的进一步深化。通过人力资本产权的激励实现大学组织的创新,形成了党委领导的校长负责制与学者民主参与的大学评议会权力结构的有效结合。这不仅是现代大学治理的一种新探索,而且进一步彰显了教授治校精神,有助于构建新时代中国特色的现代大学制度。
Modern corporate governance highlights the incentive mechanism of human capital property fights, which provides valuable references for higher education institutions. The theory has changed the tradition of "shareholder first" concept, and has deepened the notion of faculty governance in higher education. The organizational innovation of university through the incentive mechanism of property rights realizes the balance of power among the leadership of the Party, the responsibility of university president and the democratic participation of scholars in university governance. As a new exploration of modern university governance embodying the notion of faculty governance, the theory of property fights of human capital may shed light on the establishment of modern university system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
