摘要
术中定位、识别和保护面神经一直是耳科医生共同关注的问题。准确地面神经术中定位,不仅要参考解剖学和影像学测量数据,还需要利用解剖结构之间的相对位置关系以弥补测量数据的误差或局限。同时,还需要尽量把复杂的问题简单实用化,使其更好地被临床医生利用。本文以临床应用为出发点,就常规中耳术中面神经的关系化定位问题进行综述。
Identifying and protecting the facial nerve during surgeries are always a focus of concern for ear surgeons.Accurately locating the facial nerve during operations not only depends on the knowledge of anatomy and imaging data, but also requires an good understanding of key landmarks in relation to each other to make up for potential errors and limitations in conventional anatomical measurements. Meanwhile, complex facial nerve locating techniques must be streamlined and simplified to make them practical for daily use by most ear surgeons. This paper aims to review techniques of facial nerve locating based on relational anatomy in routine middle ear surgeries from a perspective of clinical application.
