家庭和社区康复对精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复的作用

Family and Community Rehabilitation for the Patients with Social Function Schizophrenia

目的:探讨家庭和社区康复对农村社区精神分裂症患者的作用。方法:将200名精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组患者实施综合式干预,经过6个月的观察,在0、3、6个月用自制一般情况调查表、功能大体评定量表(GAF)、社会功能筛选评定量表(SDSS)、现有能力及康复效果评估表进行评定。结果:两组间GAF量表在第3、6个月时有显著性或极显著差异(t=3.529,5.214;P=0.001,0.000)。两组间SDSS在第6个月时有显著差异(t=-2.626,P<0.01)。两组间现有能力及康复效果评估表中的讲究卫生能力、生活能力、工作情况等分量表及总量表在第3个月时有显著差异(t=-2.195,-2.230,-2.590;P<0.05);第6个月时有显著或极显著差异(t=-2.491,-2.945,-3.856;P<0.05或0.001)。结论:综合家庭、社区及部门间合作的康复形式,有利于促进精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复。

Objective： To investigate the effect of family and community rehabilitation on rural community schizophrenic patients. Methods： 200 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group and control group; Intervention group patients took the intervention and completed the homemade general situation questionnaire,function overall rating scale（ GAF）,social function filter rating scale（ SDSS）,the existing ability and rehabilitation evaluation table at 0,3,6 months of the intervention.Results： GAF scale between the two groups in 3,6 months had significant differences（ t = 3. 529,5. 214; P〈0. 01）; SDSS between the two groups in 6 months had significant difference（ t = 2. 626. P〈0. 01）,respectively. Existing capabilities and rehabilitation evaluation table between the two groups in the ability to pay attention to health,life,work situation subscales and total table had significant differences in 3 months（ t = 2. 195,2. 230,2. 590; P〈0. 05）,and 6 months（ t =-2. 491,2. 945,3. 856; P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Comprehensive rehabilitation cooperation of families,communities,and government departments are helpful for promoting the social function of patients with schizophrenia.
