合肥市大学生适应性问题及引导策略 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨大学生在校期间的适应状况,并提供合理引导建议。方法:随机整群抽取合肥市193名大学生进行中国大学生适应量表问卷调查。结果:1合肥市大学生在中国大学生适应量表中总得分较常模低,且在适应性上差异显著(t=-7.83,P<0.05);2女生与男生在适应性上无显著差异;34个年级学生在适应上无显著差异。结论:有针对性地展开心理健康教育工作,加强指导,使大学生能够积极地适应大学生活,全面发展自己。 Objective: To discuss college students' adaptation during the period of school in Hefei,and provide some reasonable suggestions in terms of the poor adaptation to some students. Methods: Randomly selected 193 college students in Hefei to finish the Chinese College Students' Adaptability Scale questionnaire. Results: Compared to the total score of the Chinese College Students' Adaptability Scale of the college students in Hefei,the score of the college students in Beijing University of Chemical Technology was higher,and there were significant differences in adaptability( t =-7. 83,P〈0. 05). There was no significant gender difference in adaptability. there was no significant difference in adaptability among four grades. Conclusion: It is essential to work on the mental health education targeted and to strengthen the relevant guidance for college students,so that they can actively adapt to college life and develop themselves comprehensively.
