红景天苷对肺和呼吸道保护作用的研究进展

Research Advances on Protective Effects of Salidroside in Lungs and Respiratory Tract

红景天苷对抗化学品、生物毒素和慢性缺氧引起的肺损伤,以及对肺组织细胞具有保护作用。红景天苷也能对抗变应性哮喘引起的呼吸道炎症反应。抗氧化和抗炎作用是红景天苷产生肺和呼吸道保护效应的基础药理作用。红景天苷有望成为防治变应性哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病和肺动脉高压新药。综述红景天苷对肺和呼吸道保护作用及其机制的文献资料,并对其研究进展作了分析。

The animal experiments indicate that salidroside can antagonize to chemical, biotoxin or chronic hypoxia-induced lungs injury, and has the protective effect on pulmonary tissue cells. Salidroside can also antagonize to allergic asthma-induced respiratory tract inflammation. Antioxidation and anti-inflammation are basic pharmacologic effects of salidroside in protecting lungs and respiratory tract. Salidroside is helpful to become new drug lbr prevention and treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and allergic asthma. The literatures of lung and respiratory protective effect of salidroside and its mechanism are described, and its recent progress has been analyzed.
