痰热清注射液与头孢他啶联用对老年慢性支气管炎患者的疗效评价

Clinical Efficacy of Tanreqing injection Combined with Ceftazidime in Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的:评价痰热清注射液与头孢他啶联用治疗老年慢性支气管炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取诊治的老年慢性支气管炎患者100例为研究对象,将其分为实验组与对照组,每组50例;对照组患者给予传统的头孢他啶治疗,实验组患者给予热清注射液与头孢他啶联用治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率。结果:实验组患者治疗1周、2周、3周后的总有效率大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液与头孢他啶联用对老年慢性支气管炎患者的疗效较为显著,且见效快、安全性强、复发率低的特点。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with ceftazidime in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods： 100 cases of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis as the research object were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Ceftazidime was taken to patients of the control group and the experimental group taking Tanreqing injection combined with ceftazidime. Two groups in curative effect were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the experimental group was evaluated after a week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks （P 〈 0.05）, and the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Tanreqing injection combined with ceftazidime in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis is obvious with quickness safety and low occuring rate.
